1. Return Window and Eligibility
Adamant Laboratories accepts returns of unopened, unused product in its original, sealed packaging for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is marked "Delivered" by USPS. A return received or postmarked after the 14-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the buyer's expense.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be sealed. If the tamper-evident seal on the vial, blister pack, or outer packaging has been broken, the product is no longer eligible for return.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all included materials (Certificate of Analysis, labeling, outer carton).
- The order must have been placed within the last fourteen (14) days and delivered to a US address not on our restricted-states list.
- The buyer must have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before shipping the product back. See Section 4 below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the research-grade nature of our products and to preserve the integrity of our supply chain, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Opened or used product, including any vial or container with a broken tamper-evident seal. Research-grade peptides and compounds cannot be verified for purity or stability once the seal is broken, and resale of opened product is not permitted.
- Custom orders and products made or sourced to a buyer-specific specification.
- Clearance, closeout, and final-sale items, which are clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
- Orders placed more than fourteen (14) days prior to the return request, regardless of whether the product has been opened.
3. Defective or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective on arrival, or was shipped in error, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date by emailing support@adamantlaboratories.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue (for damage or defects, photos of both the product and the packaging; for wrong product, a photo of the item received alongside the packing slip).
Defective-on-arrival or wrong-product claims are eligible for either a free replacement shipped at our expense or a full refund of the purchase price including original shipping, at the buyer's election. We pay return shipping in these cases and will provide a prepaid USPS return label if the product must be returned before we ship the replacement or process the refund.
4. Return Authorization and Shipping
Before shipping any product back to Adamant Laboratories, the buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing support@adamantlaboratories.com with the order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility under Sections 1 and 2 above and, if approved, provide an RMA number and the return shipping address within two (2) business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return falls under Section 3 (defective or incorrect shipment), in which case Adamant Laboratories pays the return shipping. Buyer-paid returns are not reimbursed. We recommend shipping returns with tracking; Adamant Laboratories is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email within two (2) business days of whether the return was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of the approval notice. Refund processing times on the payment-processor or bank side are outside our control and may add additional days before the refund appears on your statement.
Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned product only. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to a defective or incorrect shipment (Section 3). Return shipping paid by the buyer is not refunded.
6. Research Use Only Context and Governing Law
All products sold by Adamant Laboratories are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, food additive use, drug use, cosmetic use, or any other unauthorized application. By purchasing from Adamant Laboratories, you represent that any product you order — whether kept or returned — will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and the Research Use Only framing described there. Returned product is not resold; accepted returns are inventoried, inspected, and — if unsuitable for any legitimate business purpose — destroyed in accordance with our disposal procedures.
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
