3. Chemical Supplier Classification
Adamant Laboratories operates exclusively as a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). We are not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the FD&C Act.
Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, or cosmetics. They are chemical reagents and research materials sold for investigational, analytical, and laboratory use.
4. Eligibility
To purchase products from Adamant Laboratories, you must:

7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship exclusively within the United States via USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be incorrect, please refer to our Return Policy for the procedure to request a replacement or refund.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Adamant Laboratories accepts returns of unopened, unused product in its original, sealed packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Opened product, custom orders, and clearance items are non-returnable. Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence and are eligible for replacement or refund at buyer's election.

If you believe a charge from Adamant Laboratories is incorrect or you have not received a product you ordered, we ask that you contact us first at support@adamantlaboratories.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue. This step does not affect any rights you may have to dispute the charge directly with your card issuer.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The statements made within this Website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. The statements and the products of this Company are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Products are provided "as is" for research purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond laboratory research use. Certificates of Analysis, when available from our supplier, are provided with your order.

Adamant Laboratories is not responsible for any misuse of products or any consequences arising from use outside the stated research purposes.

Adamant LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota.
