Shipping Destinations
Adamant Laboratories ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with non-US shipping addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Available shipping methods include:
- USPS First-Class Mail: Estimated delivery 3-5 business days after shipment
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery 1-3 business days after shipment
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- First-Class Mail transit: 3-5 business days
- Priority Mail transit: 1-3 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 4-7 business days

Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS website.
Packaging
All products are packaged in discreet, sealed containers appropriate for the nature of the products. Temperature-sensitive items are packaged with appropriate protection to maintain stability during transit. All vials are individually sealed under controlled conditions.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence of any damage. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may issue replacement products at our discretion.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the integrity of our supply chain, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges on any orders. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
