Shipping Destinations
Adamant Laboratories ships exclusively within the United States. We cannot ship to Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, or Mississippi.1 We do not currently offer international shipping, and we do not ship to Puerto Rico or US territories. Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted states or outside the US will be automatically canceled and refunded.
1 These states have state-level controlled-substance analog rules that make distribution of research chemicals more restrictive than the federal baseline. See our state blacklist policy for details.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Available shipping methods include:
- USPS First-Class Mail: Estimated delivery 3-5 business days after shipment
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery 1-3 business days after shipment
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS website.
Packaging
All products are packaged in discreet, sealed containers appropriate for the nature of the products. Temperature-sensitive items are packaged with appropriate protection to maintain stability during transit. All vials are individually sealed under controlled conditions.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence of any damage. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may issue replacement products at our discretion.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery. Defective or incorrect shipments are eligible for replacement or refund. Full details, including how to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), are in our Return Policy.
