Products & Quality

Every shipment includes an independent third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) bound to the specific lot number on your vial. The COA documents identity, purity, and contamination screening.
Every research compound we sell is verified at a minimum of >98% purity by a third-party laboratory. Exact purity figures are stated on each lot’s COA.
Each vial carries a printed lot number that matches the COA included with your shipment. Open the COA PDF and confirm the lot number, analysis date, and product identity match before use.

Ordering & Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after that window ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email.
At this time we ship within the United States only. We do not export research compounds outside the country.
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfer, and cryptocurrency. Payment options are presented at checkout based on your order.
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a carrier tracking link. Orders are shipped insured.

Returns & Storage

All sales are final due to the nature of research compounds. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Unreconstituted peptides should be stored at or below −20°C, away from light. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and follow your protocol’s stability guidance.
Stability windows vary by compound. Refer to the specific product’s Certificate of Analysis for the analysis date and recommended re-test interval.
